Coach Jake Yates is beginning his 2nd year as the Associate Head Coach & Offensive Coordinator at Bowdon High School. Coach Yates is entering his 9th year coaching with stops at Heard County, Mt. Zion, and Haralson County. He is a native of Franklin, Georgia and a graduate of Heard County High School and the University of West Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education. He recently received his masters degree in Health and Physical Education from Jacksonville State University Coach Yates will be teaching physical education at Bowdon High School. Coach Yates is married to Kathy Yates of Newnan, Georgia.
